LivingWell Cancer Resource Center offers touch therapy services, including reflexology, massage, reiki and facials. We offer a maximum of five touch therapy appointments for patients diagnosed with cancer. To make an appointment, please complete the form below.

You will need a Medical Release Form completed by your physician and received prior to your first appointment. A Release of Liability Form is also required for on-site services.
