Northwestern Medicine/LivingWell
This class focuses on wellness and will include a
participative demonstration of recipes that promote
good health — in mind, body and spirit. Limit 10
participants per class. Meets once a month.

Wednesday, January 30—The Tropics
Get out of the cold and into a warm, tropical place
using recipes with a Caribbean influence.

Wednesday, February 13—Cozy Up
Prepare a delicious soup and bread that will be sure
to keep you warm and cozy.

Wednesday, March 20—Food Bowls
Food bowls are all the rage! Create your own food
bowl that complies with the Mediterranean diet.

Wednesday, April 17—The Layered Look
Create a layered look with a salad and appetizer
recipe that looks great and is very healthy.
