Many patients find themselves
wondering, “Now what?” after
their cancer treatment ends. This
program will help both patients and
caregivers navigate the challenges
people experience as they transition
into survivorship. Topics covered include: changes
in relationships, managing expectations, addressing
anxiety and depression, the “new normal,” fear of
recurrence, how to partner with your primary care
physician and other providers, managing your health
records, and envisioning a positive future. Attendance
at the entire series is encouraged but not mandatory.

Tuesday, October 22 – Revamp Your Pantry
Take inventory of your pantry and create more storage space.

Tuesday, November 12 – Wake Up Your Taste Buds: Tart and Tangy Foods
Use vinegars and mustard to enliven foods.

Tuesday, December 10 – A Shift in Mindset
Love your body, love yourself and begin the transformation!
