LivingWell’s annual Luminary Ceremony, facilitated by LivingWell Counselor Christine McMinn, LCPC, is a special evening designed to help with living well after the loss of a loved one to cancer. All guests will gather at sunset at LivingWell to spend some time in our Hope, Peace, and Healing Garden, hear from Chaplain Karen Pugliese, and then gather inside to make a beautiful candle to take home. Candles will be made alongside cancer survivor Jenna Lindman, president of IgniteHope candles. The evening will finish with luminaries in the garden after sunset.

Jonny Imerman, founder, Imerman's AngelsWhile fighting cancer at 26 years old, Jonny Imerman had loving support from family and friends, but never met anyone his age who was a cancer survivor. He wanted to talk to someone just like him, someone who truly understood and remembered. That led him to found Imerman Angels. Today, Imerman Angels provides that gift for cancer fighters. Imerman Angels introduces each cancer fighter to one survivor who is the same age, same gender and someone who has already faced that particular type of cancer. Come and hear Jonny’s story and learn more about LivingWell’s new Young Adults With Cancer support group starting the second Monday of each month in April from 6:30 – 8:00 pm.
