bowl that complies with the Mediterranean diet.

Wednesday, April 17—The Layered Look
Create a layered look with a salad and appetizer
recipe that looks great and is very healthy.

Children and teens will learn how to transform
farm-fresh healthy foods into delicious snacks, unique
school lunches and simple dinners. They will channel
enthusiasm and creativity in the kitchen while
learning more about eating healthy after cancer.
Open to children ages 5 to 18; parents are encouraged
to attend.
