New to LivingWell? Join Sheri Minnick,
MS, ERYT, GFI for an orientation to
the Mindful Movements and Fitness
programs. Session will include a tour
of the facility, an introduction to the
equipment used in the classes and a
discussion of your individual needs. Sheri will help to
determine the appropriate wellness program for you.
