This program will review important aspects of surviving Hodgkin and Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL). Topics will include the purpose of a survivorship care plan; medical and psychological effects of cancer treatment, including impacts on the heart, lungs and nerves; and screening for secondary cancers. Screening guidelines and communication with your oncology team and primary care provider will also be discussed. Dinner will be served.
