Being a caregiver can be an overwhelming experience. Join LivingWell Counselor Kelley Navar, LCPC, as she discusses navigating the complexity of caregiving for someone with cancer. Topics covered include how to get organized, cancer “lingo,” balancing the needs of the patient with your own needs as a caregiver, and ways you can care for yourself. This informal presentation will allow time for discussion and networking.
