Led by experienced yoga instructor Stephen Butler, this new Gentle and Restorative Yoga class is part of LivingWell’s programming in partnership with AMITA. Yoga postures and restorative poses will be performed with the help of bolsters and blankets. Please note that you must be able to get up and down from the floor for this class. You must have a current medical release form on file to join this class.

► To register, please call 630.262.1111. Priority registration will be given to participants in active treatment, and cancer survivors and caregivers who have not attended programs in the past.
