This class focuses on wellness and will include a
participative demonstration of recipes that promote
good health — in mind, body and spirit. Limit
10 participants per class for survivors. Meets once
a month.
Wednesday, May 8 – Spring Into Goodness!
Create delicious salads for quick and easy meals.
Wednesday, June 12 – Berries, the Perfect Pick!
Incorporate berries in a variety of ways. Berries are
loaded with phytonutrients and add lots of goodness
to your meals.
Wednesday, July 10 – Summer Goodness!
Fresh is best! Seasonal vegetables cost less and are
easy to use in meal planning.
Wednesday, August 14 – Farm to Table
Shop local and enjoy farm-fresh foods.
