through the body. These movements get the
lymphatic system flowing and may help lymphedema.

Looking for something new? Come to Circuit Training with LivingWell Fitness Instructor Sheri Minnick and get moving and strong! This class will emphasize timed strength training intervals of 12 different exercises. (Please bring clean athletic shoes and comfortable clothes and have current medical release form on file).

This standing class (not mat-based) will include:

  •  Walking warm up
  •  Individual guided circuit weight training (you make it as challenging as you need)
  •  Walking cool down/clean up
